External Shuttering Vibrator
External shutter vibrators, also known as external concrete vibrators, are devices used to compact concrete by vibrating the formwork (the mold holding the concrete) rather than directly inserting a vibrator into the concrete. They are particularly useful for precast concrete elements, thin in-situ sections, and situations where internal vibration is difficult or impossible. These vibrators are typically clamped or bolted to the formwork and operate at high frequencies, typically between 3,000 and 9,000 RPM, to effectively remove air pockets and ensure a dense, well-finished concrete structure
